Michael Schnitzer is the President of Stanley Martin Custom Homes and brings over 20 years experience and has managed new home construction of more than 2,000 homes. Michael’s skills include lot acquisition, entitlements, product design, purchasing, land engineering & development and construction. Michael holds an engineering degree from the University of Maryland with advanced studies in mathematics from Johns Hopkins University.
